Did you add a shelf behind your inst panel for you avionics (like Tony did)?

Another panel for a Corvair install (#1 and #2 ignition and fuel pump switches with separate breakers). EIS mounted in panel as a backup display -- because it's in the airplane anyway and plenty of real estate to spare.

Glen,

These are 2 position switches. When you turn an ignition on, it turns a pump on also. When both switches are on, like takeoff and aerobatics, and landiing,, both ignitions and pumps are on. We used this for both the prototype and my aircraft. It was really laid out with the Corsair engine in mind , as we provide 12v to the ignition and pumps selected to activate.

Fyi, as per standard Corvair setup, these switches do not go through the master relay. So if you turn the master off, pumps and ignitions keep going, until you physically turn them off separately.

Jim, I am using the Carling V-Series P/N VAD1GCCB-00000-000. This is the switch without the custom actuator. The light for the top half will be on when power is on, the light for the bottom ON indication will be on when the switch is ON. I got these from http://www.electroswitch.com. I got the custom switch actuators from the same place Sean did, Rocker Switch Pros. I found appropriate images for the switches I need. Images attached.

Sean, Thanks for the info!

Paul,
I like your simple, but fully functional panel. How do your ignition/fuel pump switches work? Are they 3 position switches (Off, ignition On, ignition and fuel pump On)?

These are exactly the switches I was hoping to find (labels, colors, etc). Thanks so much!
