I fitted nut plates on the frame mount so I could remove the throttle quadrant if necessary after the skins are in place . It made it easy to attach the throttle and mixture cables as well.

Dear Sean, I saw in your panel pictures (in the “show your panel” thread) that you ended up installing the quadrant you linked in your original post in this thread. How difficult was it to fit? Did the bolt pattern matched the mounting holes in the fuselage cage? If not, could you please share what you did to fit it?
Thanks a lot!

Sean,

Fuselage manual part 3 section 4.14 Page 33 calls out the aircraft spruce part number 05-15950 which is the first one on the link that Andy sent. It also details the mods to the throttle quadrant and to the fuselage bracket so it will fit properly.

Not sure about the one you linked to but this one will work:

Just have to relieve a little bit of the bracket material on the frame so the friction nutplate on the back will fit.

What is the recommended throttle quadrant?

Something like this from Spruce?

Thanks!
