Finally Found a Great Body Massage Spot in Massapequa – Worth Sharing

After weeks of dealing with back pain and stress from work, I finally decided to try a massage service—and I’m really glad I did. I wanted to share my experience in case anyone else here is looking for a quality Spa & Massage Service in the Massapequa or West Nyack, NY area .
I visited Spa 505, and honestly, it was one of the most restorative sessions I’ve had in a long time. The place offers a range of body work options, and the therapists are clearly trained to tailor each session to what your body actually needs.
I tried the Swedish massage first, which was great for calming my nervous system and improving circulation. They also offer:
Deep Tissue Massage – if you have deeper muscle tension or chronic pain.
Hot Stone Massage – really good if you like warmth and muscle relaxation.
Foot Reflexology and Trigger Point Therapy – both are more targeted but super effective.
Other services include back facials, organic facial massage , and even couple’s packages.
What I appreciated most is that it wasn’t a “one-size-fits-all” kind of massage. They asked about my specific issues beforehand and adjusted everything accordingly. It felt like real, therapeutic care—not just a spa day.
If you're in or near Massapequa or West Nyack and need a serious body massage, I’d recommend giving them a try. They also have package pricing if you’re planning to go more than once.
Has anyone else been there? Or found a solid place for regular body work in the area? Would love to hear your recommendations too.
