Another Aussie
Hello.
My name is Jim and I live in Cootamundra, Australia. I have built a Sonex with an Aerovee engine and was looking for another project - my interest was with the RV-3B until an email exchange with Tony Spicer lead me to the Panther. Huge fan!
I retire from the Air Force at the end of this year, then it's Panther building time. My plan is to put a Corvair engine up front, assembled by the experts (my Aerovee assembly experience wasn't the best), and register it as a VH Experimental. Would be very interested in hearing from other Australian builders who have started - I know there are at least three out there.
