Hi Brian,
Yes, they are part of the finishing kit. The spinner depends on what engine, but if you are doing the Corvair you would use the 12 or 13 inch Van's spinner. We use the 13, but the 12 may look a little more stream lined.

I see now from this document that these parts listed above come in the finishing kit, except for the spinner which I assume comes from Van's.

Forgive me if this is documented somewhere and obvious, but I can't find it. Where do the following parts fall? Are they in a one of the sub-kits, or are they purchased separately? If separately, what is the source?

Canopy Bubble
Landing gear legs (Tail dragger)
Spinner (Van's?)
Wheel Pants
